The satisfaction of our customers is our long term goal.
Our policy lasts 30 days after the delivery from one of our fulfillment centers. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or something similar.
We guarantee that our products are delivered within 30 business days, to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, the rest of the world varies widely due to customs clearance and other factors affecting the shipping process, this, unfortunately, is beyond our control and deliveries are guaranteed within 45 business days.
The delivery time does not include order processing time that can take 1-3 days for normal products and 3-5 days for batched products, such as certain T-shirts (where noted on the product page). If our tracking system shows that a product has not arrived within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund or ask for a new one to be sent out.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances within your control (for example the wrong shipping address was provided).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Man Cave And Beyond (such as customs clearance, force majeure, acts of war).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Man Cave And Beyond
You have the option to request a refund within 7 days of either; receipt of the wrong item; or the expiry of the guaranteed delivery period. After which the item is deemed to have been accepted and used or a new item will be dispatched due to lack of receipt.
Free Offers / Giveaway items
- Free Offers are not eligible for a refund. These items have a shipping and handling fee element. The service of which has already been performed and paid for.
- However, if the wrong information (such as size or color is given) these items can be canceled or information altered within the 24-hour processing window.
- Additionally, if you change your mind within the 24-hour window and you cancel before shipment a full refund of the shipping and handling fee will be made to the card or payment processor used/
- Once shipped this is out of the control of The Man Cave And Beyond In this circumstance, there is the possibility of exchange if the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging at the customer's expense, at which time a new item will be dispatched.

- We require receipt or proof of purchase
- Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. As this voids refund.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or that of our fulfillment centers will not be eligible for a refund, nor will any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items not eligible for a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as products that are intimate goods, clothing items that are made to order such as T-shirts and art prints, where the correct item was shipped was as ordered. Also,
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or arrived damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return your item in order that we may replace it. If an item is damaged on receipt please take a picture and email it to email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how and where to deliver your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.SS
